BannerBoo is a creative management platform, which allows businesses to accelerate and automate ad creation processes. While the startup is originally from Ukraine, their goal was to enter Polish market. One of the preliminary steps of the expansion was market research done in the form of in-depth interviews with their potential customers in Poland.
Based on the workshops and material analysis, we created brand personas and segments according to which we conduct in-depth interviews.
We performed them remotely and were composed of asking in-depth question about creating ads and their current limitations.
Based on several hours of recordings, we made advanced analysis. Insights with recommendations were reported in the form of PowerPoint presentation.
To gather comprehensive and accurate infomation about the market, we followed the steps:
1. Brainstorming session to the determinate scope of research.
2. Recruitment participants according to the given description.
3. Running in-depth interviews.
4. Material analysis and writing the report.
