UX Research & Design development studio
We had the privilege of partnering with UNIQA, one of the largest insurance providers in Poland and Europe, to enhance their customer experience. As a leading enterprise in the insurance industry, UNIQA recognised the critical role of UX in delivering exceptional services to their clients. The project began with collaborative product discovery workshops to deeply understand UNIQA's system requirements and the insurance domain. Leveraging our expertise in user-centered design, we translated the requirements into interactive, high-fidelity mockups aligned with UNIQA's design system. To validate the usability and effectiveness of our designs, we conducted comprehensive usability tests with end-users, ensuring the final product would seamlessly meet the needs of UNIQA's customers.
On a weekly basis we participated in a product discovery workshops with the client to shape all system requirements and domain knowledge.
Using Figma we converted requirements into interactive high-fidelity mockups. All using design system to ensure consistency with other systems.
To ensure usability for the final users, we performed set of usability tests with them. Based on the discovered problems, we applied corrections to the mockups.
From November 2, 2023 to January 31, 2024, UXMINING was involved in a project to create UI/UX mock-ups along with moderated usability tests. As part of the project, the company was responsible for collecting requirements, UI/UX design, extending the design system, preparing a prototype, carrying out moderated UX research with respondents, writing the report and implementing corrections on the mock-ups after the research.
The process proposed by UXMINING enabled effective project implementation and delivery of mock-ups in the highest quality.
During the project, the company demonstrated not only professionalism, but also flexibility and creativity. In response to dynamic changes and feedback from our side, the UXMINING team efficiently adapted to new challenges, which resulted in even better results. It's worth to emphasise that creating UI/UX mockups was not just a mechanical step, but an interactive process. UXMINING actively cooperated with our team, taking into account our suggestions and ideas. This joint venture went beyond the traditional model of cooperation, creating inspiring an atmosphere based on a partnership approach.
To sum up, our cooperation with UXMINING not only met our expectations, but exceeded them, creating foundations for further development of our project. We are grateful for their commitment, creativity and professionalism which brought to our project a fresh look and innovative solutions.
